Timberworks will be designing and building a new memory care/Alzheimer's home in Mendota Heights.  It is fully handicap accessible and features four bedrooms and six bathrooms.  An "up north" four season porch, great room and library will allow all six residents peaceful and secure living as they were in their homes of 40 plus years.

This residence will be named "Mendota Manor".  This home is designed utilizing Green Building technology.  A highly energy efficient structure will be created on this beautiful ½ acre lot surrounded by abundant gardens and trees.  A Wirsbo in floor heat system throughout the main floor living areas will keep our family resident's feet and legs toasty throughout our Minnesota winters.

The home will be staffed 24/7 with RN's , LPN's and CNA's.  We will create a wonderful living space that any family member who shares a loved one with memory loss would be proud to call home. This home will allow all residents the opportunity to live in a residential setting without the large multiple room facilities that are presently offered for seniors.

We love to create fabulous living spaces for our customers.  This Eagan family will truly be delighted adding a four season porch to their present home.   The kitchen will now flow into the new addition, inviting family and friends for fun and lasting memories.  The new adjoining deck will be finished with all composite materials.  We truly enjoy the smiles of our customers as they wheel their new barbecue grill in place.

Timberworks is presently assisting a family in Inver Grove Heights that was relocated due to the severe weather in August.  The front of the home sustained wind and water damage.  We are replacing insulation / Sheetrock / hardwood flooring / trim and carpet throughout most of the home.  Our goal as always, is to make this home a better place before this catastrophic event disrupted their lives.
